<li>We will contact you again the week of your event to reconfirm all details of the upcoming hire</li>

MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum spend of $200 applies for free delivery. Online bookings are not accepted for orders below $200.
DEPOSIT: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder due 5 days prior to the event. You can choose to pay either 20% OR the full amount at Checkout.
HIRE PROCESS: 
1. Receive booking confirmation via email: Once you have booked and paid online you will receive an automatic receipt email (please check spam folder). 
2. Complete online hire form: The booking confirmation will contain a link to our online hire form which must be completed asap so we have all the key event details e.g. what time you want us to set up for your event, addresses where we are setting up, contact information etc
3. Check final confirmation: The week of your event we will touch base again to reconfirm all details so everyone is on the same page for smooth delivery and collection on the day.
