How it works

How to book online:

  1. Browse our range of hire product and package options
  2. Select the option that you would like to book
  3. Enter your event dates
  4. Click 'Book now'
  5. You can go back to browse more items and add these to the cart if desired
  6. Enter your details at check-out
  7. You will be taken to a secure payment page

What happens after booking?

  • You will be sent an automatic receipt to confirm your booking details - it is important to double check that all booking details e.g. date and items ordered are correct and let us know as soon as possible if there are any issues
  • Complete our online hire form to let us know all key event instructions for delivery, set up, and collection
  • We will contact you again the week of your event to reconfirm all details of the upcoming hire


If you do not receive an email from us immediately after booking OR again via email the week of your event, please contact us immediately at info@biglightletters.com.au to confirm that your booking has been processed.
