<li>You will be sent an automatic receipt to confirm your booking details - it is important to double check that all booking details e.g. date and items ordered are correct and let us know as soon as possible if there are any issues</li>

<li>We will contact you again the week of your event to reconfirm all details of the upcoming hire</li>

2. Complete online hire form: The booking confirmation will contain a link to our online hire form which must be completed asap so we have all the key event details e.g. what time you want us to set up for your event, addresses where we are setting up, contact information etc
3. Check final confirmation: The week of your event we will touch base again to reconfirm all details (keep an eye on spam folder).
